Summer Ghost Tours!

The Museum at the Friends Home will be offering Ghost Tours on the 2nd Saturday of each Month - May through September!!! No need to pre-register - meet at the Main Street Gazebo to participate. Waynesville will be hosting Second Saturday Artists and Authors and a Book Swap the same day so come spend the day in Waynesville! (Call the Museum for pricing details for the Ghost Tour)

Ghost Walk

We went on the Quaker Hill & Cemetery Ghost Walk last night in Waynesville. I took a lot of pictures and was beginning to think there were no orbs but on picture #30, here it is!

We did the Ghost Walk of Quaker Hill and Cemetery area of Waynesville last night. I took a lot of pictures and at first I thought I was gonna be disappointed but then found orbs in 3 of the pictures taken towards the end of the walk.

Tour of Quaker Hill & the Cemetery

Ghostly Dinner & Ghost Tour

We had the privilege of enjoying a great dinner at the Hammel House complete with ghost tales between courses and a guided ghost tour after dinner. Our guides were representatives of the Museum at the Friends Home. Wow What a fun night we had! There will be ghost dinners & tours throughout October but if you want to go, call TODAY to make your reservation! These dinners do sell out - first year we went, we had to be on a waiting list cause the dinners were all filled. We lucked out when they got enough on the waiting list to schedule one more dinner on Halloween night! This is one of Waynesville's most enjoyable events! Hammel House is Gearing Up for Ghost Dinners!

Wow - Fall is right around the corner and the Hammel House is getting ready for their Ghost & goblet dinners! This is a really fun night with ghost stories between the courses of the dinner followed by a lantern lit walking tour of Waynesville, Ohio's most haunted city! If you want to do this - make your reservations early cause these sell out. The year we went, we were put on a waiting list and they did one last dinner/tour so we got to go. It is great fun!
